Capacity shows on the price and machine display. Bigger number isn’t always bigger capacity — trust the label.

03
Move to a dryer (200+). Use top or bottom pocket.
04
Folding tables and free WiFi while you finish.

Convenience fee
A 2.75% fee applies to credit and debit card reloads for FasCard and Laundroworks cards.
$20 FasCard hold (machine swipe)
When you swipe a debit or credit card directly on a washer or dryer, your bank may place a temporary $20 FasCard transaction hold — not a separate paid hold fee. It adjusts to the actual cycle amount within 24–72 hours. Loading money onto a laundry card at the kiosk does not use this $20 hold.
Questions about holds are best answered by your bank.
A small convenience fee applies when adding value to FasCard or LaundryWorks at the kiosk. Paying at the machine with card has no extra fee.
Store hours for self-service (doors open). Staffed drop-off hours are on the drop-off page. Check locations for live machine availability before you go.
